• Define the target consumer, developing an inspiring consumer insight, and defining consumer perceived value.
• Lead the development of overall brand strategy (positioning, portfolio, communication,etc) aligned with BBNW for a business growth.
• Identify and develop new ways of communications leveraging digital to optimize marketing campaigns, social media, online visibility and search advertising.
• Develop short and long term innovation & renovation plans and manage Idea-to-Launch (I2L) process on time.
• Lead and implement successful marketing actions on all channels
• Manage PFME budgets in Brand Planner and tracks and monitors spending. Leads Pre-Post PFME Evaluations to assess the impact on the business and against KPIs
• Utilize category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development as well as marketing initiatives.
